The main highlight is CORPUS CHRISTII\, who will perform their album “The Fire God” in full\, originally released in 2001. \nThis is a rare opportunity to revisit a work that definitively shaped the identity of the band led by Nocturnus Horrendus and played a crucial role in their recognition beyond national borders. The brutality and blasphemous spirit that run through this record cemented it as a touchstone of European black metal\, making this return to the stage—now that the album has finally been reissued—a celebration of the genre’s very history in Portugal. \nMore than two decades after its original release\, “The Fire God” retains its dark\, challenging aura intact. To mark the occasion\, CORPUS CHRISTII are preparing a special show which\, beyond the full performance of the album\, will include other rarities seldom featured in recent setlists. The collective will also have guests on stage\, including a keyboardist and other additional members\, promising to add new layers to the night’s ritualistic atmosphere. However\, the identities of these musicians will be kept secret\, reinforcing the exclusivity of the moment. \nThe bill goes well beyond celebrating CORPUS CHRISTII. IRAE\, the project of Vulturius\, will seize the occasion to present their new album\, “In The Key Of Twilight.” Known for their uncompromising stance and absolute fidelity to black metal’s roots\, IRAE have built a path of consistency and intensity that has made them one of the most respected names in the Portuguese underground. This concert is a unique opportunity to hear\, first-hand\, the new compositions that will mark the next stage of their career. \nOpening the night\, GRIEVANCE will bring to República da Música their raw\, melancholy-laden sound. Emerging in the mid-1990s\, they established themselves as a singular voice within the national scene\, standing out for the way they combine brutality and introspection. SUMMARY:Cellar Darling + Insvla live in Lisbon
DESCRIPTION:The wait is over! The incredibly talented Cellar Darling are finally making their debut as headliners in Portugal. The Swiss trio\, who beautifully combines folk and progressive metal\, returns to Portugal after their last visit in 2017\, when they performed as support band for the Italian band Lacuna Coil. \nCellar Darling was formed in 2016 following the departure of three members from Eluveitie. Anna Murphy (vocalist and multi-instrumentalist)\, Merlin Sutter (drummer)\, and Ivo Henzi (guitarist and bassist) released this new project with a unique and unmistakable sound. The success of their first singles led the band to sign with the great label Nuclear Blast Records. \nTheir debut album\, “This is the Sound“\, was released in June 2017 and was performed worldwide\, including in Portugal during the trio’s brief visit to the country. In 2019\, they released the highly acclaimed “The Spell“\, their second album\, accompanied by an audiobook narrated by the stunning voice of their vocalist. Cellar Darling’s work goes beyond music\, creating a storytelling experience that transports listeners to a different world. \nIn 2021\, after a forced break due to the pandemic\, the band released a new single\, “Dance“. Cellar Darling continues to work on new music\, captivating fans around the globe. \nThe band will finally have the chance to present their latest work to the Portuguese fans on March 29th\, 2025\, at República da Música in Lisbon\, and on March 30th\, 2025\, at Sala Mouco in Porto. As support band\, in Lisbon\, we will host the absolute live debut of the alternative trio Insvla\, formed by Sienna Sally (vocals)\, Pedro Antunes (piano\, keyboards\, and orchestrations)\, and Mário Lopes (guitars). They promise an equally immersive and enchanting performance\, hinting at what can be expected from a headlining concert\, hopefully soon.

SUMMARY:Rendezvous Point + TEMIC | Live in Lisbon
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that progressive rock/metal bands Rendezvous Point and TEMIC will embark on a co-headline tour across Europe\, bringing together two innovative and exciting acts in the genre. \nFormed in 2010 in the heart of Kristiansand\, Norway\, Rendezvous Point was born out of a shared passion for progressive metal by five students from the University of Agder. The band quickly became known for their ability to blend punchy rhythms with soaring melodies and atmospheric undertones. Their debut álbum Solar Storm (2015) set the tone\, and they followed up with Universal Chaos (2019)\, delving even deeper into themes of existential reflection. \nA few months ago\, Rendezvous Point released their third album\, Dream Chaser on Long Branch Records. An album that pushes their artistic boundaries even further. \nThe band consists of the exceptional drummer Baard Kolstad\, known of course from Leprous\, Geirmund Hansen – Vocals\, Petter Hallaråker – Guitars\, Nicolay Svennæs – Keyboards and Gunn Hilde Erstad Haugen – Bass. \nJoining them on this tour is TEMIC\, a new ambitious new act in the progressive rock/metal scene. TEMIC was founded by keyboardist Diego Tejeida (ex-Haken\, Devin Townsend) and guitarist Eric Gillette (The Neal Morse Band)\, wh           ose musical chemistry dates back to their time with Mike Portnoy’s Shattered Fortress. After years of individual projects\, the pandemic gave them the opportunity to finally collaborate. They quickly joining forces with their friend and drummer Simen Sandnes (SHINING). Sandnes recommended vocal powerhouse Fredrik Bergersen Klemp (Maraton) on vocals and thus TEMIC was born. \nTheir debut album\, Terror Management The ory\, released at the end of 2023 by the record label Season of Mist. Latest addition to the band is bassist Miguel Pereira. \nThis co-headline tour promises to be a remarkable journey through the evolving soundscapes of progressive rock/metal. TEMIC will start in the evening and Rendezvous Point will be the closing act. \nCatch them live in a double killer date in Portugal – March 19th\, 2025\, in the renewed República da Música in Lisbon and March 20th\, 2025\, in Hard Club Porto.
